Authorizes employees of the Town of Forest Heights to participate in Maryland's Employees' Pension System, with membership being optional for employees employed before the effective date of participation

Requires current employees who elect to join the pension system to make a one-time, irrevocable election prior to the effective date by filing a written application with the Board of Trustees

Grants employees who elect membership on the effective date service credit equal to 50% of their prior employment period with the Town of Forest Heights

Prohibits employees or former employees who join the pension system after the effective date from receiving any service credit for employment before that date

Takes effect June 1, 2025
