Prohibits knowingly and intentionally flying a drone within 50 feet of a dwelling on another person's property with intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass someone, or to capture video or photographic images of the property, owner, residents, or guests

Exempts persons who have consent from the property owner or someone lawfully present on the property

Exempts drone operators authorized by federal law or regulation who are operating in compliance with those requirements

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment, a fine up to $5,000, or both
