Requires health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and HMOs in Maryland to cover cervical smear/Pap tests for all insured individuals

Mandates coverage for annual ovarian cancer surveillance tests (CA-125 blood test, transvaginal ultrasound, or pelvic exam) for individuals with a first-degree relative with ovarian cancer, family cluster of breast/colorectal cancer, or positive BRCA1/BRCA2 gene mutation

Prohibits insurers from imposing copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles on these cancer screening services

Allows high-deductible health plans (as defined under federal law) to apply deductible requirements to these screenings

Takes effect January 1, 2026, applying to all policies issued, delivered, or renewed on or after that date
