Establishes a $25.00 per hour minimum wage for education support professionals employed by county boards of education, effective July 1, 2025

Defines "education support professional" as noncertificated public school employees in nonsupervisory bargaining units (such as paraprofessionals, custodians, bus drivers, and cafeteria workers)

Requires annual inflation adjustments beginning July 1, 2026, based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

Protects against wage decreases by maintaining the minimum wage unchanged if the Consumer Price Index shows decline or no growth

Authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt regulations to implement the law, with an effective date of June 1, 2025
