Prohibits 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations registered in Maryland from knowingly aiding or abetting Israeli government or citizen activities banned under the Geneva Conventions in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem

Defines prohibited "unauthorized support" to include assistance with: transferring Israeli civilians into occupied territory, violence against protected persons, property destruction, land annexation, forced evictions, and destruction of infrastructure like hospitals, schools, and utilities

Authorizes the Attorney General to sue nonprofit directors, officers, trustees, and other agents for injunctive relief and minimum damages of $1,000,000

Allows individuals harmed by violations to bring private lawsuits for injunctive relief, actual damages, and attorney's fees

Requires the Secretary of State to remove violating nonprofits from the Registry of Charitable Solicitation upon judgment, with a 10-year statute of limitations; effective October 1, 2025
