Calvert County Commissioners may enact an ordinance authorizing the County Attorney or State's Attorney to prohibit future events or gatherings that have a substantial likelihood of creating a nuisance or disturbing peaceful enjoyment of private or public property

The County Commissioners may establish penalties and enforcement provisions for violations of any prohibition issued under this authority

Applies only to Calvert County as a local enabling law
