Maryland Food System Resiliency Council must assess strategies to attract and retain grocery stores and supermarket retailers in "healthy food priority areas" (low-income areas with limited access to affordable, healthy food retailers)

Assessment must include review of existing incentives and available financing programs in Maryland and other states

Council must submit findings and recommendations report to the Governor and four legislative committees by December 31, 2025

Act takes effect July 1, 2025 and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2026
