Renames the "Board of Trustees of the Maryland Teachers and State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans" to the "Board of Trustees of the Maryland State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans," removing "Teachers" from the title

Establishes the renamed board as the legal successor to the former board, with all powers, obligations, personnel, records, assets, and liabilities transferred

Preserves the terms of all current appointed or elected board members, who will continue serving until their terms expire

Requires existing letterhead, business cards, and documents with the old name to be used up before printing materials with the new name

Takes effect July 1, 2025
