Requires the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by November 1 on each Truancy Reduction Pilot Program in the state

Mandates the annual report include: the number of pilot programs established, the number of participants in each program, participant outcomes, and recommendations to improve current programs

Removes a previously required one-time comprehensive report that was due December 1, 2026, which would have evaluated program effectiveness based on student GPA, graduation rates, and truancy rates

Eliminates the requirement for recommendations on whether a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program would be effective in Baltimore City's Eighth Judicial Circuit

Takes effect October 1, 2025 and automatically expires December 31, 2026
