Creates a new Class MT (movie theater) beer, wine, and liquor license exclusively for Howard County, Maryland

Movie theater owners must hold a crowd control training certification to be eligible for the license

Alcohol sales are restricted to patrons who have purchased a ticket to a current or future movie showing at the licensed premises, for on-premises consumption only

The Howard County Board of License Commissioners has authority to set hours and days of sale, annual license fees, and any additional requirements deemed necessary

Existing movie theater alcohol license holders in Howard County must renew under the new Class MT license category; effective July 1, 2025
