Requires health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to cover preventive ovarian cancer screenings for individuals at least 45 years old, including MRI and CT scans

Prohibits insurers from imposing copayments, coinsurance, or deductible requirements on ovarian cancer screening coverage

Allows an exception for high-deductible health plans (as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 223), which may apply their deductible requirement to these screenings

Applies to all policies, contracts, and health benefit plans issued, delivered, or renewed in Maryland on or after January 1, 2026

Takes effect January 1, 2026
