Requires engineering license applicants to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination before taking the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) examination, establishing a mandatory sequential testing order

Applies to applicants qualifying through the experience-based pathway requiring at least 12 years of satisfactory work experience in engineering

Allows credit toward the 12-year experience requirement: 1 year credit for each year of Board-approved engineering curriculum, or up to 6 months credit per year for non-approved engineering curriculum
