Lowers the minimum age to register to vote in Maryland from 16 years old to 15 years and 9 months old

Voter notification cards sent to individuals under age 18 must include information about when they will become eligible to vote

Election directors must send registered voters who become eligible under the primary election provision a notice confirming their eligibility to vote in the next scheduled primary election

Election directors must also provide newly eligible voters with information on available voting methods and locations of early voting centers and polling places

Takes effect October 1, 2025
