State Department of Education must maintain a publicly accessible data dashboard on eligible prekindergarten providers beginning July 1, 2026, with monthly updates

Dashboard must include searchable filters for zip code/distance radius, child's age, provider type (home or center-based), operating hours, weekly price, Maryland EXCELS quality rating, financial aid availability, program duration, language preference, special needs services, and availability

Department must partner with a nonprofit organization that has experience maintaining existing child care provider data dashboards and integrate systems to the extent practicable

Eligible prekindergarten providers may opt out of being included in the data dashboard through a Department-established process

Act takes effect July 1, 2025
