Adds a new exception to Maryland's implied warranty protections for real property sales, excluding improvements that were incomplete or missing at the time the deed was delivered

Current law provides implied warranties that improvements are free from faulty materials, constructed to sound engineering standards, built in a workmanlike manner, and fit for habitation

Existing exception for conditions discoverable by a reasonably diligent purchaser's inspection remains unchanged

Amends Section 10-203 of the Real Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Effective date: October 1, 2025
