Increases lobbyist reporting frequency from twice yearly to four times yearly, with new deadlines of February 15, March 15, May 31, and November 30 to provide more frequent disclosure during the legislative session

Requires lobbyists to report a list of each matter on which they performed lobbying activity, including their position on each matter

Mandates disclosure of specific bill numbers or descriptions of legislative actions on which lobbying was performed

Amends Section 5-705 of the Maryland General Provisions Article governing State Ethics Commission filings

Takes effect October 1, 2025
