County Departments of Public Works must publish information on their websites when water main breaks or leaks occur, including notification date, regulatory compliance date, repair date, and estimated water loss

Departments must update published water main break/leak information within 30 days of any action taken

Adds new Section 1-1321 to the Local Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Effective date: October 1, 2025
