Reestablishes the Maryland Commission for Men's Health within the Maryland Department of Health, consisting of 12 members appointed by the Governor (4), President of the Senate (4), and Speaker of the House (4), each serving 4-year terms

Requires the Commission to develop strategies and programs addressing men's health issues, including prostate and testicular cancer, oral cancer, cardiovascular disease, depression, and diabetes, with focus on reducing health disparities among racial/ethnic minorities

Mandates community outreach, public-private partnerships, and workshops to raise awareness of men's health issues and promote preventive care, regular checkups, and healthy lifestyle practices

Requires annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly by September 30 each year with recommendations based on Commission activities

Takes effect October 1, 2025, and automatically sunsets on September 30, 2029 (4-year duration) unless extended by the General Assembly
