Creates publicly accessible online databases tracking disciplinary actions and inspections of crematories, reduction facilities, and funeral establishments.

Increases penalties for gross negligence, improper handling of human remains, or repeated violations to include civil penalties up to $25,000, permanent license revocation, and referral for criminal prosecution.

Takes effect immediately as an emergency measure, with certain staffing provisions remaining effective through September 30, 2028, when the act will be automatically abrogated.
