Requires all junior varsity and varsity athletic teams at public high schools and competing nonpublic high schools to be designated as boys'/male, girls'/female, or coeducational based on biological sex

Prohibits students of the male biological sex from participating on teams designated for girls, females, or women

Bars governmental entities, licensing/accrediting organizations, and athletic associations from taking adverse action against schools that maintain separate female sports teams

Creates a private right of civil action for students deprived of athletic opportunities, students facing retaliation for reporting violations, and schools harmed by enforcement actions, with a 2-year statute of limitations

Prevailing plaintiffs may recover monetary damages (including psychological, emotional, and physical harm), attorney's fees, and injunctive relief; effective July 1, 2025
