Authorizes reallocation of Safe Schools Fund grants to local school systems that have fully spent their initial allocation and can demonstrate additional unmet need within the same fiscal year

Maintains existing grant distribution formula based on proportion of schools in each local system relative to total public schools statewide

The Safe Schools Fund receives $10,000,000 annually to provide grants to local school systems and law enforcement agencies for school safety requirements

Effective date: July 1, 2025
