Renames the "Senior Call-Check Service and Notification Program" to the "Senior Call-Check and Social Connections Program" and lowers the eligible age from 65 to 60 years old for Maryland residents at risk of social isolation

Expands communication methods beyond telephone calls to include text messages, web-based communications, virtual/video interactions, and in-person contacts, with accessibility requirements for participants with disabilities

Authorizes the Department of Aging to partner with private vendors, nonprofit organizations, Villages (local volunteer-led aging-in-place organizations), Area Agencies on Aging, and other state/local government entities to deliver program services

Requires integration with the Telecommunications Access of Maryland Program to promote awareness of accessible telecommunications equipment for eligible participants

Takes effect October 1, 2025, and was approved by Governor Wes Moore on April 8, 2025
