Wrongful detainer hearings must be held within 14 calendar days after a complaint is filed in District Court

If the person in possession cannot be found after two good faith service attempts on different days, the process server must file an affidavit describing those efforts, mail copies via certified and first-class mail, and post the summons on the property

Service of process must be completed within 4 business days after the complaint is filed

Appeals must be filed within 10 days of District Court judgment, with appeal hearings set between 5 and 15 days after the application
