Prohibits stopping, standing, or parking a vehicle in a bike lane or bicycle path, with violations subject to a civil penalty of up to $500

Exempts authorized emergency vehicles, transit vehicles, and vehicles picking up or discharging individuals with disabilities

Exempts vehicles that become unintentionally disabled on the highway and cannot avoid stopping temporarily

Allows vehicles loading or unloading goods for pick-up or delivery for up to 30 minutes (unless local law imposes a shorter period) if displaying flashing hazard warning lights, or under a local curbside parking permit

Takes effect October 1, 2025
