Establishes the Crime Solvers Reward Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund within the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, effective October 1, 2025

Provides grants to law enforcement agencies and county reward programs to pay rewards to individuals who provide information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of perpetrators in murder or attempted murder cases involving firearms

Reward recipients must provide credible qualifying information, not have directly participated in the crime, and cooperate with law enforcement

Fund sources include state budget appropriations, federal programs, private contributions, and interest earnings, which remain credited to the Fund rather than the General Fund

Requires annual reporting to the General Assembly by October 1, 2026 on the number of rewards issued and total money distributed under the program
