Expedited wrongful detainer proceedings required when the property is advertised or listed for sale or lease on a local multiple listing service at the time of complaint

District Court must summons the occupant to appear within 5 days of complaint filing and issue a ruling within 2 days after the hearing

Appeals must be filed within 2 days of District Court judgment, with circuit court hearing set within 3 days and ruling issued within 2 days after hearing

Court must issue warrant to sheriff within 24 hours of ruling in complainant's favor, with sheriff required to execute immediately
