Establishes a Task Force on Common Ownership Communities to study condominiums, cooperative housing corporations, and homeowners associations in Maryland

Task Force consists of 18 members including 4 legislators, state agency representatives, and 11 public members representing board directors, homeowners, attorneys, insurance agents, accountants, and community managers

Required study areas include education and training needs for boards and owners, feasibility of statewide alternative dispute resolution services, advisability of creating a permanent State Commission, and feasibility of licensing community managers

Office of the Attorney General provides staff support; members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement

Final report due to Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2026; Act takes effect June 1, 2025 and automatically expires June 30, 2027
