Removes the requirement for Commissioner approval of training programs for limited line credit insurance license applicants, replacing it with a requirement that programs be "designed to provide a comprehensive and accurate explanation of the product"

Requires insurers providing training programs to retain records for at least 5 years after the program's last use, including copies of instructional materials and lists of applicants/producers who completed the program

Mandates insurers make training program records available to the Commissioner upon request

Applies to both limited line credit insurance licenses (non-life/health) under Section 10-104 and credit life/health insurance licenses under Section 10-105

Takes effect October 1, 2025
