Establishes a Task Force to Study Fiduciary Adjudication in Maryland to examine the efficiency, uniformity, and quality of how probate, trust, and adult guardianship matters are handled in orphans' courts and circuit courts

Task Force membership includes 2 state senators, 2 delegates, 2 orphans' court judges, 1 circuit court judge (nonvoting), 2 Maryland State Bar Association members, 2 registers of wills, and 1 budget/personnel expert appointed by the Governor

Requires the Task Force to analyze judge qualifications and selection methods, compare practices with other states, examine court jurisdictions, and provide public input opportunities

Final report with findings and recommendations due to the Governor and General Assembly by January 1, 2026

Act takes effect July 1, 2025 and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2026
