Prohibits standing in a roadway, median divider, or intersection in Wicomico County to solicit money or donations from vehicle occupants in an "aggressive manner"

Defines "aggressive manner" as intentionally blocking or interfering with safe passage of pedestrians or vehicles, unreasonably causing evasive action to avoid physical contact, or using violent or threatening gestures

Creates a new Transportation Article section 21-507.1 specific to Wicomico County, rather than adding to the existing blanket prohibition that applies to Calvert, Carroll, Charles, Harford, and Washington Counties

Takes effect June 1, 2025
