Domestic partnership declarations must now include the Social Security number of each partner who has one, in addition to full legal name, home address, and date of birth (changed from "age")

Marriage license applications must include date of birth rather than age for each party, along with full legal name, residence, relationship status, and marital history

Social Security numbers collected for both domestic partnerships and marriage licenses are excluded from public records, with limited exceptions under § 4-334 of the General Provisions Article

Home addresses on domestic partnership declarations remain protected from public inspection
