Authorizes the Baltimore City Board of License Commissioners to issue Class B-D-7 beer, wine, and liquor licenses in specific locations within the 43rd alcoholic beverages district: one license in the 2600 block of Huntingdon Avenue, three licenses in the 2700 block of Huntingdon Avenue, and one license in the 300 block of West 29th Street

Requires all applicants to execute a memorandum of understanding with the Greater Remington Improvement Association and demonstrate that at least 51% of average daily receipts come from sales other than package goods

Prohibits licensees under these new provisions from creating a separate package goods department

Extends the expiration date for a Class C license in the 4500 block of North Charles Street until July 1, 2026, allowing the licensee to renew to the current license year

Takes effect July 1, 2025
