Requires all community associations (condominiums, homeowners associations, and cooperative housing corporations) in Prince George's County to register with the Community Association Registry and renew annually by January 31

Authorizes the County Executive to set registration fees sufficient to fund the administrative hearing process for disputes between community associations and property owners, replacing the previous flat $100 fee

Permits additional fees including per-unit charges to associations for registration renewal, service fees for administrative hearings, and per-unit charges to developers when community association documents are recorded

Prohibits any person or entity who fails to register or makes false statements on registration forms from filing disputes through the county's administrative hearing process

Willful violations remain a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $1,000; effective July 1, 2025
