Repeals Maryland Criminal Law Section 10-105, which prohibited selling contraceptives or contraceptive devices through vending machines or automatic devices at kindergartens, nursery schools, and elementary or secondary schools

Eliminates the associated criminal penalty, which was a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $1,000 per violation, with each vending machine counting as a separate violation

Effective date is October 1, 2025
