Establishes the Prince George's County Coordinated Youth Violence Review and Response Team to examine and prevent violence against youth ages 7-17 who are victims, witnesses, or family members of gun violence through intensive case management and wraparound support services

Team membership includes the County Executive, Police Chief, Health Officer, School Superintendent, Director of School Security Services, Director of Social Services, Secretary of Juvenile Services, and two nonprofit representatives

Grants the team access to confidential police records, student records, death certificates, law enforcement investigative information, and social services records, with strict confidentiality protections and compliance with FERPA and other privacy laws

Requires parental or guardian consent before reviewing individual cases, though emergency health and safety circumstances may allow proceeding without consent for minors if parents refuse

Mandates annual reporting to the General Assembly beginning January 1, 2027, with de-identified aggregate data on youth served and associated risk factors; violations of confidentiality provisions punishable by up to $500 fine or 90 days imprisonment
