Authorizes the 9-1-1 Trust Fund to cover costs related to the 9-8-8 suicide prevention hotline that are shared with 9-1-1 activities, including software interfaces and joint training

Changes the funding restriction from prohibiting "any purpose associated with" the 9-8-8 hotline to prohibiting only "costs that solely support" the 9-8-8 hotline

Allows shared resources between 9-1-1 emergency services and 9-8-8 suicide prevention services to be funded through the existing 9-1-1 Trust Fund

Effective October 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on April 8, 2025
