Prohibits liens from being placed on owner-occupied residential property by contract or breach of contract for the payment of medical debt

Requires complaints seeking a money judgment to indicate whether the debt is medical debt, and if so, must include the defendant's primary residence address

Defines "medical debt" as debt owed to medical service providers or their agents/assignees, excluding debt charged to general-purpose credit cards

Courts must remove any lien created in violation of these protections on owner-occupied residential property

Takes effect October 1, 2025, and applies only to complaints filed on or after that date
