Expands the Federally Qualified Health Centers Grant Program to allow grants for the acquisition of land for constructing or operating a federally qualified health center

Eligible grant recipients include counties, municipal corporations, and nonprofit organizations, with grants awarded by the Board of Public Works on recommendation of the Secretary of Health

Previously, the grant program covered building conversions, acquisitions, renovations, capital equipment purchases, and planning/design/construction, but not land acquisition

Effective October 1, 2025
