Prohibits the Maryland Department of Health from establishing an upper age limit on eligibility for the Employed Individuals with Disabilities (EID) Program, which provides health care services under Maryland Medical Assistance

Adds to existing protections that already prevent the Department from limiting EID eligibility based on earned/unearned income, spousal assets, retirement account assets, or independence account resources

Maintains the existing prohibition against requiring applicants to apply for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits when they have earnings above the substantial gainful activity level

Takes effect October 1, 2025
