Adds forensic interviewers to the list of professionals who may offer out-of-court statements from child victims or witnesses as evidence in criminal and juvenile court proceedings

Defines "forensic interviewer" as a non-law enforcement professional trained in child forensic interviewing protocols who works for a child advocacy center

Applies to cases involving children under age 13 who are victims or witnesses in cases of child abuse, sexual offenses, neglect, or crimes of violence

Statements must demonstrate particularized guarantees of trustworthiness and generally require the child to also testify, except in child in need of assistance proceedings

Takes effect October 1, 2025
