Expands eligible properties from two specific addresses (8101 Fort Smallwood Road and 8104 Parkway Drive) to any real property owned by the organization in Anne Arundel County

Anne Arundel County or municipal corporations within the county may grant property tax credits against county or municipal taxes on qualifying properties

Local governing bodies retain authority to set the amount, terms, scope, and duration of the tax credit

Effective June 1, 2025, applicable to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2025
