Increases the maximum property insurance deductible a condominium unit owner must pay from $10,000 to $25,000 when damage or destruction originates from their unit

Requires resale contracts for condominium units to include written notice of the unit owner's responsibility for insurance deductibles when damage originates from a unit, or the contract is not enforceable

Mandates the council of unit owners to inform each unit owner annually in writing of their deductible responsibility and the deductible amount

Deductible amounts exceeding $25,000 remain a common expense shared by all unit owners

Takes effect October 1, 2025
