Authorizes the Governor to include $350,000 annually in the state budget for the TerpsEXCEED Program at University of Maryland, College Park, beginning in fiscal year 2027

TerpsEXCEED (EXperiencing College through Education and Employment Discovery) provides educational and employment opportunities to students with intellectual disabilities

Funding may support academic advising, class scheduling, course modifications, in-class accommodations, peer mentoring, and mentor tutoring services

Funds may also be used for career development courses, internship and job placement, employment support, and connections to state disability services agencies

Act takes effect July 1, 2025, and was approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 6, 2025
