Renames the "Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau" to "Visit Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Inc." throughout Maryland's Local Government Article

Updates references in hotel tax revenue distribution provisions, where the organization receives 17% of hotel tax revenue from both City of Annapolis collections and Anne Arundel County's share

Maintains existing annual reporting requirements by November 1 to the County Executive, Mayor and City Council of Annapolis, and relevant General Assembly committees

Preserves the County Auditor's authority to audit the organization's financial records and the ability to withhold funds for reporting failures or uncorrected audit findings

Takes effect October 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 13, 2025
