Part-time students pursuing an associate's degree may now hold the scholarship for up to 6 years, compared to 3 years for full-time students

Expands eligible programs to include sequences of credit or noncredit courses leading to licensure or certification

Adds credit or noncredit courses required for participation in a registered apprenticeship program as eligible for scholarship coverage

Recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA, enroll in at least 6 credits per semester (or equivalent coursework), and continue meeting income eligibility requirements
