Increases the maximum civil penalty the St. Mary's County Board of License Commissioners may impose for alcoholic beverage licensing violations from $1,000 to $2,500

The Board retains authority to revoke or suspend a license, impose the civil penalty, or both for licensing violations

Employees who sell alcohol to individuals under 21 may be fined up to $500 per offense (unchanged)

Violations of hours/days of sale laws remain a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment, a fine up to $250, or both (unchanged)
