Allows holders of Class C beer, wine, and liquor licenses in Anne Arundel County to convert to a Class C (veterans' organization) license if they qualify as a veterans' organization, with the conversion treated as a renewal rather than a new license

Reduces the annual license fee for Class C (veterans' organization) licenses from $400 to $300

Authorizes the Board of License Commissioners to provide application and administrative fee discounts to qualifying veterans' organizations holding or applying for these licenses

Permits Class C (veterans' organization) license holders to sell alcohol Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. without obtaining a separate Sunday license

Takes effect July 1, 2025
