Judges may consider whether a military protection order has been issued against a respondent when deciding whether to grant a temporary peace order or temporary protective order for the same or similar conduct against the same petitioner

Defines "military protection order" as a protection order issued under 10 U.S.C. § 1567 by a commanding officer against a person in any branch of the U.S. uniformed services, the Maryland National Guard, or any other state's National Guard

Requires law enforcement officers to notify the agency that entered a military protection order into the FBI's National Crime Information Center database when they have probable cause to believe a service member has violated that order

Amends both the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article (peace orders) and the Family Law Article (protective orders) to incorporate these military protection order provisions
