Requires the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and the Judiciary to automatically expunge all eligible cases by July 1, 2027, without requiring individuals to petition for expungement

Cases eligible under § 10-105 (including former cannabis possession charges) qualify for automatic expungement after 3 years from disposition; misdemeanor cases under § 10-110 qualify after 7 years

Excludes from automatic expungement misdemeanors marked as domestically related crimes and second-degree assault charges

Beginning August 1, 2027, the Judiciary must conduct monthly reviews to identify newly eligible cases and notify the Department, which then has 30 days to complete expungement

Expungement defined as removing references from the Central Repository and removing electronic court records from public view, but does not require physical destruction or redaction of documents
