Allows individuals to petition for expungement of any misdemeanor or felony conviction after completing their sentence, parole, probation, and any mandatory treatment

Courts may grant expungement at any time upon showing "good cause," considering factors including: nature of the crime, person's history and character, public safety risk, rehabilitation success, time since conviction, and impact on employment, housing, education, and economic opportunities

Denied petitions cannot be appealed, and petitioners must wait at least 5 years before filing a subsequent petition for the same conviction
